Returns Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on personal care products (e.g. bath bombs, soaps, body scrubs, candles, or teas), unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@ncgifts.co.nz  with:

• A clear photo of the item
  

• A short description of the issue

We'll review your claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully.


Custom & Sale Items:
All sales are final on custom, limited edition, or sale items unless they arrive damaged.
